- Players must pick 5 games, and each player is required to pick the Monday Night Football game as one of their picks (If there is no Monday game, pick any 5 games). Pick either Monday Night game in Week One.
- One point will be scored for a win, one point subtracted for a loss, and no change in the event of a push (i.e. matching the spread). - Win = 1 Loss = (1) Push = 0
- Picks MUST be submitted via e-mail to nfl@lakehousemusic.com, by 11:59 pm Saturday for that week's games (yes, that includes said time). Picks included in e-mails time-stamped after that will not be honored. - Picks for Thursday and Saturday games must have a time-stamp before the published kick-off time of the chosen game. Picks included in e-mails time-stamped after that will not be honored. It is not necessary to pick all 5 games before an early kick-off. - Failure to make picks in any given week will count as 5 losses, no exceptions. - You may not pick 2 teams that are playing each other. If so, both will be counted as a loss (1). - If no Monday game is taken, the last pick given will be counted as a loss.
- Lines will be pulled from Friday's Detroit Free Press, except for Thursday games, which will use Thursday's Detroit Free Press. Games with no Free Press line will not be eligible for picking. Lines will be posted here, not always before the deadline, each week.
- Payment of $50 must be received before 12:00 am Sunday of week 3. Players who have not paid by that time will be dropped from the pool. Those of you I probably won't see, contact me at bob@lakehousemusic.com to arrange payment.

If you're here, you're probably playing. That's awesome, thanks. We've made some changes last year to make this happen, and I hope everybody likes it. It's meant to make it less of a hassle for the administrator (me), and also to relieve all of us from any scruples. I realize that it's gonna be a little tougher to make your picks now, but it will eliminate any confusion and I don't like to be on the phone. Cut and dry, the rules are above. They can be amended if we decide to, but we'll make sure that we all agree on any changes. They probably won't be changed once we're under way anyhow.
